EPCOT is adding another option for guests who want to pair dinner with the park’s nighttime spectacular. The new Shiki-Sai: Sushi Izakaya Fireworks Dining Package will combine a curated Japanese meal with views of Luminous The Symphony of Us from the restaurant in the Japan pavilion. Reservations are scheduled to open Aug. 27, 2026.
The package includes an appetizer, traditional sashimi and an extensive sushi selection. Disney is also promising a dessert and beverages created specifically for the experience, although the company has not yet published the individual dishes or drink choices. The fixed menu distinguishes the package from a standard reservation at Shiki-Sai, where guests normally order from the restaurant’s broader à la carte selection.
Pricing is set at $120 for guests ages 10 and older and $60 for children ages 3 through 9, before tax and gratuity. Disney lists the totals, including tax and gratuity, as $149.50 per adult and $74.70 per child. Disney Dining Plan meals cannot be used for the package.
Guests will check in at Shiki-Sai 60 minutes before the scheduled start of Luminous The Symphony of Us. Disney says the experience will conclude when the nighttime show ends. The restaurant’s elevated location provides views across World Showcase Lagoon, allowing diners to watch the fireworks, fountains, lighting and other elements of the production while enjoying their meal.
The package does not include park admission, and guests will still need valid admission to EPCOT. A theme park reservation may also be required depending on the ticket type. Advance dining reservations are highly recommended, though Disney says a limited number of same-day reservations may be available when space permits.
Disney has also outlined several restrictions that guests should review before booking. Reservations cannot be modified after they are confirmed, and the package carries a 24-hour cancellation policy. Guests who cancel within one day of the reservation or fail to appear will forfeit the full price. Menu items, pricing and other details remain subject to change.
Fireworks are not guaranteed as part of the purchase. Weather or operational conditions can cause Luminous to be delayed, rescheduled or canceled, and Disney advises guests to check the entertainment calendar two weeks before their reservation and again on the day of their visit.
Shiki-Sai opened in the Japan pavilion in 2023 with a menu and dining environment inspired by Japanese izakaya culture. The restaurant offers sushi prepared in view of diners, along with items such as skewers, tempura and okonomiyaki. Its presentation also highlights seasonal Japanese festivals and traditions throughout the year.
The restaurant’s second-floor location has offered views of EPCOT and World Showcase Lagoon since its debut, making it a natural setting for a dedicated fireworks experience. The new package turns that existing feature into a structured evening event, combining a fixed meal, a designated check-in time and the park’s nighttime entertainment.
Luminous The Symphony of Us features fireworks, fountains, music and lighting around World Showcase Lagoon. The production uses original music and selections from Disney films to explore themes of human connection and shared experiences.
With reservations opening Aug. 27, the Shiki-Sai package gives guests another premium alternative to securing a viewing location around the lagoon. Its appeal will largely depend on how much diners value the curated sushi meal and the convenience of watching the show from the restaurant, but the combination creates a distinctive new nighttime option in EPCOT’s Japan pavilion.
