Disney has confirmed the complete character greeting lineup for the 2026 Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party, giving guests a clearer picture of where familiar faces will appear when the event returns to Magic Kingdom on Aug. 7.
The separately ticketed Halloween celebration runs on select nights through Oct. 31. While the party includes trick-or-treating, attraction overlays, stage shows, fireworks and Mickey’s Boo-to-You Halloween Parade, character encounters remain one of its most popular draws. This year’s list features seasonal costumes, rare pairings and several roaming performers spread across four themed lands.
Town Square Theater on Main Street, U.S.A. will remain home to two of the event’s biggest greetings. Mickey Mouse and Minnie Mouse will meet together in Halloween attire, while Jack Skellington and Sally from Tim Burton’s The Nightmare Before Christmas will appear at a separate location inside the theater. Disney also advises guests to watch for additional characters and villains who may make unannounced appearances along Main Street during the evening.
Adventureland will bring together Aladdin, Abu, Princess Jasmine and Genie at Agrabah Marketplace. The four-character grouping returns after appearing at recent editions of the party, offering a meeting combination that is not typically available during an ordinary day at Magic Kingdom.
Frontierland receives one of the lineup’s notable additions. Chip ’n’ Dale will greet guests near the exit of Tiana’s Bayou Adventure, a new location and appearance for the 2026 event. The land will also feature roaming Country Bear characters Shaker, Wendell, Romeo McGrowl and Big Al. Unlike a traditional queue-based meet-and-greet, the bears may move through Frontierland and interact with guests in different places throughout the night.
Fantasyland contains the largest collection of confirmed greetings. Alice, the Mad Hatter and the Queen of Hearts will appear outside the Mad Tea Party. Lady Tremaine, Anastasia and Drizella will also be found around the land, bringing their familiar Cinderella family dynamic to the event.
Near Under the Sea – Journey of the Little Mermaid, guests can meet Ariel and Prince Eric. Gaston will appear near his tavern, while Pluto will greet visitors at the entrance to Storybook Circus. Inside Pete’s Silly Sideshow, Donald Duck and Daisy Duck will wear their Halloween attire for party photos.
Winnie the Pooh and his friends will return to The Thotful Spot in their distinctive costumes. Pooh appears as a bumblebee, Piglet as a butterfly, Eeyore as a clown and Tigger as a pirate. The group’s seasonal outfits have made the Fantasyland greeting a frequent priority for guests, and long waits are possible during party nights.
The announced meet-and-greet list is only part of the character entertainment planned for 2026. Tomorrowland will host the new A Masquerade with Stitch, featuring Stitch, Lilo and Angel at Rockettower Plaza Stage. Adventureland will also feature Captain Jack Sparrow leading pirate antics, while villains, Haunted Mansion figures and other characters may appear through entertainment or roaming encounters.
Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party officially runs from 7 p.m. to midnight, although ticket holders may enter Magic Kingdom beginning at 4 p.m. Character appearances and locations remain subject to change, making the event map and My Disney Experience app useful resources on the night of a visit. With rare groupings and the new Chip ’n’ Dale location, the 2026 lineup gives character-focused guests plenty to plan before the first party begins.
