Walt Disney World Annual Passholders have a new opportunity to save on Disney merchandise without making a trip to the theme parks.
Disney has announced a limited-time promotion offering 20% off eligible purchases at DisneyStore.com from October 14 through October 25, 2026.
The offer arrives just as Disney begins rolling out additional holiday merchandise, giving Passholders an opportunity to shop for Christmas gifts, collectibles, clothing, and other Disney merchandise from home.
However, there are several restrictions, including a required promotional code and a lengthy list of excluded merchandise.
Here’s what Passholders need to know before shopping.
When Does the Discount Begin?
The promotion begins October 14, 2026, at 12:01 a.m. Pacific Time and ends October 25 at 11:59 p.m. Pacific Time.
That gives eligible Walt Disney World Annual Passholders 12 calendar days to take advantage of the offer.
The discount applies to select in-stock merchandise purchased through DisneyStore.com, including qualifying phone orders.
Unlike the regular merchandise discount available at many Walt Disney World retail locations, this promotion is specifically designed for online shopping.
The offer is not valid at physical Disney Store locations, Disney Outlet Stores, or Walt Disney World theme park and resort shops.
How to Get the 20% Discount
Passholders must use their MyDisney account to redeem the promotion.
First, make sure the Annual Pass is linked to the account.
This can be checked by signing into the Walt Disney World website, opening account details, and selecting Membership & Passes.
If the Annual Pass is not listed, it must be linked before attempting to redeem the offer.
Next, visit DisneyStore.com and sign in using the same MyDisney account credentials.
Add eligible merchandise to the shopping bag and enter the promotional code WDW20 in the promotion code field.
The discount should then be applied to qualifying merchandise.
Disney specifies that the email address associated with the Disney Store account must match the email address associated with the Annual Passholder account.
That requirement is particularly important for families who use multiple MyDisney accounts.
Which Merchandise Is Excluded?
Although the promotion offers a substantial discount, it does not apply to everything sold through Disney Store.
Excluded categories include Disney Gift Cards, theme park tickets, books, certain electronics, limited-edition and special-edition merchandise, and select collectibles.
Several popular Disney merchandise brands are also excluded.
Among them are LEGO, Pandora, Dooney & Bourke, MagicBand, MagicBand+, Loungefly, and certain Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge products.
Disney Vacation Club merchandise, Disney Lorcana products, and various designer collaborations are also excluded.
The complete list is extensive, so shoppers should check whether the discount appears in their cart before completing a purchase.
The promotion generally cannot be combined with other discounts, although qualifying shipping offers may still be used.
Disney will not provide retroactive price adjustments for purchases made before the promotional period.
New Holiday Merchandise Arriving During the Promotion
The timing of the discount coincides with the arrival of new Disney holiday merchandise.
One notable release is a collection inspired by The Muppet Christmas Carol, scheduled to debut October 19 at 11 a.m. Eastern Time through Disney Store’s Private Access shopping program.
The collection includes character-themed ornaments and accessories inspired by the 1992 holiday film.
Previewed merchandise includes plush ornaments featuring characters such as Kermit, Miss Piggy, Statler, Waldorf, Bunsen Honeydew, Beaker, and Bean Bunny.
Additional items include mystery-box figurine ornaments and a Loungefly backpack featuring Gonzo and Rizzo.
Whether an individual item qualifies for the Annual Passholder promotion depends on the merchandise restrictions.
In particular, Loungefly products are excluded from the discount.
Shoppers should not assume that every item in a new collection will qualify simply because the collection launches during the promotional period.
