The Turf Club Bar & Grill reopens at Disney’s Saratoga Springs with an updated menu

By | October 1, 2026

The Turf Club Bar & Grill is serving guests again at Disney’s Saratoga Springs Resort & Spa following a month-long refurbishment, and the reopening comes with significant changes to the restaurant’s menu.

The table-service restaurant reopened September 30 after temporarily closing for refurbishment work. Its return restores one of Saratoga Springs’ primary dinner options while also completing another stage of refurbishment work around The Turf Club complex.

Although the restaurant itself retains its familiar equestrian-inspired identity, Disney used the reopening to introduce a refreshed menu combining returning favorites with several new dishes.

The Turf Club occupies an unusual position among Walt Disney World resort restaurants. Located near the golf course and overlooking waterways around Saratoga Springs, it is removed from the heavy foot traffic found at resorts along the monorail or EPCOT resort area.

Its atmosphere takes inspiration from horse racing and the historic Saratoga Springs region of New York, a theme that complements the larger resort.

The restaurant traditionally specializes in American cuisine, and the updated menu continues in that direction rather than introducing an entirely different concept.

Among the changes are new and revised entrées, appetizers, desserts and drinks. Recent on-site coverage following the reopening confirms that guests are already able to order from the refreshed lineup.

The refurbishment itself was part of a staggered project affecting both The Turf Club Bar & Grill and the neighboring Turf Club Lounge.

Disney adjusted the refurbishment schedule earlier in 2026, with the lounge closing separately before returning to operation. The restaurant then temporarily closed in September, limiting the resort’s table-service dining options while the work was completed.

The reopening is particularly useful for Saratoga Springs guests because of the resort’s sprawling layout.

Disney’s Saratoga Springs Resort & Spa is one of Walt Disney World’s largest Disney Vacation Club properties, with accommodations spread across multiple neighborhoods surrounding lakes, golf-course areas and landscaped grounds. While Disney Springs is accessible from portions of the resort and provides a huge assortment of restaurants, The Turf Club remains one of the most convenient full-service dinner choices located directly at Saratoga Springs.

Its return also continues a particularly active period for Walt Disney World dining.

Restaurants and lounges across the property have been undergoing refurbishments, receiving new menus or being replaced by entirely new concepts. The Turf Club’s reopening arrives at nearly the same time Hurly-Burly begins welcoming guests at Disney’s BoardWalk, while additional dining projects continue elsewhere around Walt Disney World.

The updated Turf Club menu gives returning guests another reason to revisit a restaurant that can sometimes be overshadowed by higher-profile dining destinations.

Unlike restaurants built around characters, elaborate intellectual property or views of theme-park icons, The Turf Club relies heavily on its quieter setting. Outdoor seating overlooking the resort’s waterways has long been part of its appeal, particularly for guests looking for dinner away from the parks and Disney Springs crowds.

The reopening does not represent a wholesale reinvention of the restaurant. Instead, it preserves the established Turf Club concept while refreshing the dining experience and menu after the temporary closure.

That distinction may actually be welcome for Saratoga Springs regulars.

Walt Disney World has made substantial changes to its restaurant portfolio in recent years, and some longtime locations have disappeared completely. In this case, the refurbishment has resulted in a refreshed version of an existing resort restaurant rather than another replacement.

With the refurbishment complete and the updated menu now being served, The Turf Club Bar & Grill is once again available as Saratoga Springs’ signature table-service dinner destination.
