Disney pin collectors now have their October calendars.
Walt Disney World has revealed its October 2026 pin release schedule, with new limited-edition and limited-release designs arriving throughout the month. The lineup stretches from an 85th anniversary celebration for Dumbo to new attraction-focused collectibles, Halloween and Christmas designs, a major Monsters, Inc. anniversary assortment and one particularly expensive Disney Springs release.

The first group arrives Tuesday, October 6.
Disney will commemorate the 85th anniversary of Dumbo with a limited-edition pin priced at $49.99. Only 4,000 will be produced.
That release follows Disney’s broader celebration of the animated film’s milestone anniversary. Dumbo premiered in 1941, making 2026 its 85th anniversary year, and Disney has already incorporated the film into its larger anniversary merchandise program.
October 6 will also bring a Kingdom Hearts: The Nightmare Before Christmas pin. The $24.99 design is limited to 4,000 pieces.
Rounding out the first week is a Veterans Day limited-release pin priced at $21.99.
The schedule becomes more varied on October 13.
Huey, Dewey and Louie headline a new Halloween limited-release pin priced at $21.99, while Walt Disney’s Enchanted Tiki Room becomes the subject of the tenth installment in this year’s Windows of Attraction series.
That pin will be limited to 2,500 pieces and priced at $26.99, making it one of October’s notable attraction-specific releases.
The same day also brings the month’s most expensive item: a Christmas Advent Calendar scheduled for release at Disney Springs.
The calendar is limited to 5,750 and carries a $275 price tag. Unlike the individual pins making up most of October’s schedule, the Advent Calendar is being treated as a larger collectible release and specifically identified for Disney Springs.
October 20 is the busiest release day of the month.
Disney’s Animal Kingdom will complete the 2026 Eyeconic Park Views quarterly collection. The fourth and final installment is limited to 3,000 pieces and priced at $24.99.
The Nightmare Before Christmas returns to the schedule with the tenth Magical Theater Pin of the Month. That release will be limited to 4,500 and cost $24.99.
Disney is also using the October 20 release date to celebrate the 25th anniversary of Pixar’s Monsters, Inc.
Three separate products are planned.
The first is a limited-edition pin featuring Mike Wazowski, Sulley and Boo. It will be restricted to 4,000 pieces and priced at $24.99.
A second design featuring Mike and Roz will be sold as a limited-release pin for $21.99.
Collectors will also find a Monsters, Inc. mystery set containing two pins per box for $34.99. Unlike the Mike, Sulley and Boo design, the mystery assortment is classified as limited release rather than receiving a published edition size.
October’s final releases arrive October 27 and put the focus back on classic Disney animation and Magic Kingdom.
Peter Pan’s Flight will receive an Attraction Map Puzzle mystery-box collection. Each box contains one pin priced at $21.99. The individual standard designs are limited to 600 each, while a considerably rarer chaser pin will have an edition size of only 200.
For attraction collectors, that makes the Peter Pan release one of the more interesting items on the schedule. Rather than simply placing Peter Pan or another character on a conventional pin, the collection draws its inspiration from the attraction itself.
October 27 will also bring the tenth Enchanted Doors Pin of the Month, this time inspired by 101 Dalmatians. The pin is limited to 2,500 pieces and will sell for $26.99.
The full schedule illustrates how large Disney pin collecting has become as a category of Walt Disney World merchandise.
Disney formally launched its modern pin-trading program during EPCOT’s Millennium Celebration in 1999 and 2000. The company celebrated the program’s 25th anniversary in 2025 and said at the time that hundreds of millions of Disney pins had circulated since the tradition began.
Trading continues throughout Walt Disney World today.
Disney’s official guidelines allow guests to exchange qualifying official Disney pins with participating Cast Members and pin boards, with a maximum of two trades per Cast Member or board each day.
Collectors looking for October’s releases have several dedicated Walt Disney World pin-shopping locations available to them. Disney identifies Disney’s Pin Traders at Disney Springs, Frontier Trading Post at Magic Kingdom, Disney Traders at EPCOT, Discovery Trading Company at Disney’s Animal Kingdom and Celebrity 5 & 10 at Disney’s Hollywood Studios among its primary pin locations.
As with most limited-edition merchandise, announced release dates do not guarantee that every design will remain available throughout the day or month.
That will be particularly important for October’s lower-edition collectibles. The Peter Pan’s Flight chaser is limited to just 200 examples, while the Enchanted Tiki Room and 101 Dalmatians monthly releases are capped at 2,500 each.
For Walt Disney World pin collectors, October 2026 therefore offers considerably more than the usual assortment of character souvenirs. Between two major film anniversaries, multiple continuing collector series, classic attraction designs, Halloween merchandise and the beginning of the Christmas transition, Disney has packed four separate release days into the month.
