Disney Food Trucks at Disney Springs were a rotating quick-service dining cluster located at Exposition Park on the West Side of Disney Springs. Rather than operating as a single restaurant, the concept functioned like a small outdoor food-truck court, giving guests a casual place to grab street-food-style dishes, snacks, smoothies, and portable meals while shopping or moving between the district’s entertainment venues. Disney described the area as a spot for diverse food-truck offerings, including comfort food and street tacos, with outdoor seating nearby at picnic tables and on the grass.
The food trucks fit the personality of the West Side well. That part of Disney Springs has always had a slightly looser, more entertainment-driven identity than the more polished Town Center or the restaurant-heavy Landing. A food-truck setup gave the area a flexible, festival-like feel, allowing guests to eat without a reservation, long service window, or formal dining room. It was especially useful for visitors who wanted something quicker than table service but more distinctive than a standard snack cart.
Over the years, the lineup changed, but the final group was associated with 4 Rivers Cantina Barbacoa Food Truck, Cilantro Urban Eatery, and GoJuice. 4 Rivers offered Mexican-inspired items such as tacos and its well-known Taco Cone, Cilantro Urban Eatery brought Latin American flavors, and GoJuice focused on smoothies, refreshers, and açai bowls. Disney’s own Disney Springs listing described the food trucks as gourmet street cuisine located at Exposition Park, while noting that food-truck locations, menus, and operating hours could change without notice.
Historically, the food trucks were part of the broader evolution of Downtown Disney into Disney Springs. As the district became more dining-focused, the trucks helped add variety without requiring permanent restaurant buildouts. They also gave Disney Springs a more urban, open-air feel, which matched the idea of the district as a walkable shopping, dining, and entertainment destination rather than simply a mall.
Their status changed in June 2026, when the Disney Springs food trucks were removed from Exposition Park. The final trucks reportedly had their last day of operation on June 7, 2026, and the cleared area was expected to become additional seating for guests on the West Side.
Today, Disney Food Trucks at Disney Springs are best remembered as a useful, low-commitment dining option rather than a headline restaurant. They added movement, variety, and casual energy to Exposition Park, giving the West Side a quick-service personality that felt different from the district’s more formal restaurants and branded dining venues.
