Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge is a themed area located within Disney’s Hollywood Studios theme park at the Walt Disney World Resort. It’s also present in Disneyland Park in California. The area is based on the Star Wars franchise and features a variety of attractions and experiences that transport guests to the planet of Batuu, a remote trading port and one of the last stops before wild space, where the action of the Star Wars movies takes place.
Galaxy’s Edge features several attractions such as the Millennium Falcon: Smugglers Run, an interactive ride where guests take control of the Millennium Falcon on a secret mission and Rise of the Resistance, an epic attraction that puts guests in the middle of a climactic battle between the First Order and the Resistance. The area also features several dining options such as Docking Bay 7 Food and Cargo, Ronto Roasters and Milk Stand all themed around the Star Wars galaxy and also features a replica of the famous Black Spire Outpost, which serves as the icon of the area. The area is highly immersive and includes interactive elements like the ability to build your own lightsaber, droid and even interact with some of the characters from the Star Wars franchise.
